Limited Warranty

At Trifecta Athletics, we are a small business committed to providing our customers with high quality batting gloves they can rely on. We provide a limited warranty to the original purchaser of our batting glove products that the gloves will be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the original purchase date, subject to compliance with the terms of this warranty.  

This limited warranty does not cover any of the following: (i) cosmetic damage caused by normal wear and tear; (ii) damage caused by accident or improper care and maintenance (including improper cleaning); (iii) damage caused by additives such as adhesive sprays or chemicals of any kind; (iv) misuse; or (v) sweat/water damage and damage caused by other extreme environmental conditions.  Batting gloves should not be submerged in water or machine-washed.  Washing a batting glove can lead to loss of shape, stiffness, and potential damage to the leather, which is not covered by this warranty.

During the warranty period, if you have any issues with your batting gloves, please contact us at trifectaathletics@gmail.com with images of the damage and proof of your purchase of the gloves.  We will evaluate the situation, and if you satisfy the terms and conditions of this warranty, we will replace the gloves at no extra cost to you.
